1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 48 hours (2 calendar days) from the confirmed delivery date.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Show no signs of damage or modification
• Include all original components

Simoboxes reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized products
• Limited edition items
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items returned after 48 hours

4. Shipping Responsibility

If the product is defective or damaged:
Simoboxes covers the return shipping cost after receiving proof (photo/video within 48 hours).

If the customer changes their mind:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

5. Free Shipping Policy (Orders Over 599 MAD)

Free shipping applies only to completed orders above 599 MAD.

If a non-defective item is returned:
Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

• Tanger: 20 MAD
• Other Moroccan cities: 30 MAD

If the remaining order total drops below 599 MAD after return, shipping charges will apply.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders are processed after confirmation.
Unjustified refusal of delivery may result in COD restriction for future orders.

7. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or agreed method.
